The only person you are destined to become is the person you decide to be.

I work with individuals who have gone through some level of trauma, whether it be a divorce, domestic abuse, sexual abuse, the loss of a loved one, etc.  Once that person is ready to get their footing and build the life they desire. 

I work with these clients meeting them exactly where they are in their personal journey.  We meet once a week for 50 minutes, where we discuss where you are where you want to be, then together we create strategies to accomplish the goals you have for yourself and your life. 

This service comes with a signed contract for a minimum of 6 months and the cost is $300/month.

A caregiver focuses all their attention on caring for their loved one, at the sacrifice of themselves.  I work with the caregiver to create a personal plan for self-care, keeping in mind their limited free time.  

This program requires a signed contract that includes  a personal phone call once a week for 15 minutes.  During which the caregiver can receive personal support and encouragement as well as a plan for the week ahead to prevent caregiver burnout.  

The cost of this program is either $35/week or $125/monthly.

This is an 8-week program that focuses on specific steps and strategies to follow, that will guide and assist in learning and understanding your self-worth. 

This program will take place in a private Facebook group .  Each week we will focus on a different topic.  You will have not only time with me, but a community of others to support and encourage you along the way.
