About Me

I am the owner and operator of Follow Your Dreams, where as a Certified Life Coach I work with individuals to help them reach the future they envision for themselves,

For as long as I can remember I have had a gift and talent for listening and supporting others.  This gift has created a desire and passion to become a life coach where I can utilize those gifts to support of my clients.

In 2013, my world came crashing down around me, leaving me a broken shell that was nearly unrecognizable, but in reality this was the beginning of the most amazing journey I could have ever imagined.  A journey to follow my dreams and pursue the path that would lead to self-forgiveness, self-love, inner peace, joy, and eventually to independence.

Through my personal journey I have learned how to discover obstacles that had the potential to stand in my way and then overcome those same obstacles.  I have built a greater connection and relationship with God and through that I have discovered a unique balance within in my world that takes faith and trust in God and combines it with determination and perseverance to be the best person I can be.

In 2020, when the whole world was shut down due to a pandemic God was opening doors and guiding me on a very unique journey.  I signed up for a coarse and followed my personal dream to become a certified life coach.  Throughout that process, God guided me and opened countless doors, revealing how He had taken all the broken pieces of my shattered past and putting me back together in the most amazing way.

Now, I use these unique techniques to work with an array of people.  I provide multiple levels of both one-on-one and group coaching.  Meeting my clients where they are in their own process, providing a safe space, and working with them to clear a path through obstacles so that they can realize their own full potential.
